BubblEE was founded by a dynamic brother-and-sister duo who each bring their own expertise to the table, blending creativity, passion, and hands-on experience.
Kari Gibbons is the visionary behind a successful wedding planning business, Everlasting Elegance, she’s run for the past five years. Over the years, she’s coordinated countless events and witnessed firsthand the need for skilled, professional bartenders to elevate the guest experience. Inspired by this gap, she envisioned BubblEE—a service dedicated to bringing high-quality, mobile bar experiences to weddings, corporate events, and private parties.
Kenny Gibbons, a seasoned bartender with four years of experience working in both restaurant and event settings, is the other half of the BubblEE team. His knowledge of cocktail craft, customer service, and the fast-paced nature of events ensures that each guest at a BubblEE event receives top-tier service.
